Two Or Three Layers Of Plain Dutch Weaves

Type D Sintered Wire Mesh product is overlapped and stacked up by 2 or 3 layers of plain dutch woven wire mesh with equal hole size, after being vacuum sintered, pressurized and calendered.

Sintering mesh is a process that improves the characteristics of metal woven wire mesh by bonding the contact points of all the wires together to form a mesh whose wires are securely fused in place. This is achieved through a combination of heat and pressure, and the result is a single layer sintered mesh.

The product is overlapped and stacked up by 2 or 3 layers of plain dutch woven wire mesh with equal hole size, after being vacuum sintered, pressurized and calendered. It has the average pore size and steady air permeability. This kind of material can be widely used in powder transport, laboratory fluid bed, driers and coolers.

Type D Sintered Wire Mesh Material

The standard material are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.

Type D Sintered Wire Mesh Size

The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200mm×1200mm, 1200mm×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.
